Mina Angela Gold Project

In Q2 2021, Latin Metals completed the sale of its Mina Angela to Patagonia Gold, Chubut Province, Argentina.

Following the sale, Latin Metals holds a 1.25% NSR royalty on future production. An additional US$500,000 cash payment is also due to Latin Metals on receipt of mine permits.
