Mr. Henderson has 25 years’ global experience in the mineral exploration industry throughout Africa, Europe, and North and South America. He was educated in Europe, graduating with B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in geology and has extensive experience in multiple mineral deposit types and commodities.  Keith worked with Anglo American Exploration in Europe and North America, leading a number of exploration projects and ultimately, he was appointed project manager for Anglo Coal as the company made its first entry into Canada. In 2007, Keith joined Cardero Resource Corp. as Executive Vice-President, where he played a critical role in advancing the Pampa de Pongo through a positive scoping study and ultimate sale for US$100 million cash.  He was formerly President & CEO at Dorato Resources and is currently President & CEO at Velocity Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: VLC), focused on gold exploration in Bulgaria.  Keith serves on the board of several public companies.

Dr. Castelli is President of Cardero Argentina, Latin Metals’ subsidiary in Argentina, and a Founding Partner in Law Firm Estudio Castelli - López Arias – Reston & Asociates. He is a lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience specializing in exploration and mining and has been involved with Latin Metals’ and its predecessor companies since 2015. Dr. Castelli has held various advisory and senior positions with state agencies at federal, provincial and municipality level, including with the Standing Advisory Committee on Legislative Treatment (Federal Environment National Counsel), which established, among other things, minimum standards for environmental protection. In Salta Province, Dr. Castelli has held various positions, including personal advisor of the Minister of Government, Justice and Human Rights, and advisor for the Representative of Foreign Relations. In addition to his education as a lawyer, Dr. Castelli has completed post-graduate education, including a Masters degree in Environmental Management.

Mr. Leon worked as a Senior geologist on Lumina Copper's Taca Taca project in northern Argentina from 2011-12, where he helped manage a large drilling campaign which resulted in a major copper-gold porphyry discovery and later, the purchase of Lumina by First Quantum Minerals for US$470M. Thereafter, Eduardo held a variety of senior technical positions with companies working in Peru, Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Brazil. Most recently, from 2017-19, he served as Exploration Manager in Peru for Auryn Resources, where he contributed to the development of the Sombrero and Curibaya projects. Eduardo holds a degree in Geology from San Marcos University in Lima, Peru and has 16 years of exploration experience.

Ms. Dani Palahanova is a CPA, CGA with over 15 years of experience in managing and leading finance and accounting functions of publicly listed Canadian companies operating internationally. Ms. Palahanova has held positions as CFO, Controller and Corporate Secretary for various junior exploration and technology companies in Vancouver. She was an instrumental member of the finance team that supported Asanko Gold Inc. transition from a late stage exploration company to a mid-tier gold producer. Ms. Palahanova holds an Executive MBA degree from Simon Fraser University, Beedie School of Business.

Mr. MacNeil is a precious and base metal specialist with more than 19 years of experience from continental-scale project generation to in-mine resource expansion in a wide variety of geological settings throughout the Americas and Europe. Daniel currently consults with mid-tier, private and junior mining/exploration companies on mine resource expansion and early through advanced exploration target delineation, drill testing and exploration property evaluations globally.

Mr Basha is a professional engineer and geologist with over 35 years experience working for major and junior exploration and mining companies in Canada, USA, Mexico, Ecuador and Finland. He has generated and worked on many grassroots to advanced exploration projects for a variety of mineral commodities. He was co-discoverer of the Hammerdown gold deposit in Newfoundland early in his career. As former VP Exploration of Cornerstone Resources Ltd, he was instrumental in helping establish them in Ecuador. Cornerstone was recently acquired by Solgold Plc for $120 million. He is also the founder and former CEO and President of Aurion Resources Ltd, with assets in Northern Finland. While at Aurion he acquired, primarily through staking, approximately 80 km along the Sirkka Shear Zone, which forms the basis of the Aurion-B2Gold Joint Venture, and which hosts the Helmi Gold Prospect adjacent to Rupert Resources Ikkari Gold deposit. Mr Basha staked the core of Aurion’s holdings in Finland and under Mr Basha’s direction Aurion exploration teams made multiple discoveries including the high-grade Aamurusko, Launi and Notches gold prospects among others. He negotiated the acquisition of the Kaareselka Project from Tertiary Minerals. He also negotiated the acquisition of the Silasselka Vanadium Prospect from Dragon Mining which was sold to Strategic Minerals. He was also instrumental in bringing B2Gold and Kinross into Finland as Joint Venture partners and investors.

Ms. Devine is a mineral exploration professional with 20 years of on-the-ground mineral exploration experience and academic study of mineral deposits. She brings a broad understanding of porphyry-epithermal systems, from regional to deposit scale, and a knowledge of relevant exploration methods.  She has applied her skills and insight to exploration projects throughout the North American Cordillera and the Andes.  Over her career she has generated insightful mineral exploration compilations of many porphyry and epithermal copper -gold systems in the Canadian Cordillera, with a focus on combining new field observations and cutting-edge research with historic work.  Over the past decade she has been part of the team exploring the emerging Vicuña district in the central Andes of Chile-Argentina, developing the first comprehensive geologic map of the district and geological models for several of the recently discovered porphyry deposits at Filo del Sol, Josemaria and Los Helados.  

Ms. Welyki is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the capital markets, specializing in public and private mining companies such as Calico Resources, EMC Green Group S.A., and Barksdale Resources. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of skills in financing, permitting, stakeholder management, and marketing within the mining industry. With a proven track record of successful projects across North and South America, she is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of securing funding and marketing projects in a competitive market.
