Keith Henderson

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Henderson is a mining executive and geologist with more than 30 years’ global experience in the resource sector, and he is founder and CEO of Latin Metals. He was educated in Europe, graduating with B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in geology and has extensive experience in mineral exploration and public markets.  He is a co-founder and CEO of Velocity Minerals, which in 2025 announced sale of its Bulgarian gold assets for US$59 million. Earlier in his career, Keith held senior technical and executive roles across North America, Europe, Africa, and South America, including with Cardero Resource Corp. where he played a critical role in advancing the Pampa de Pongo through a positive scoping study and ultimate sale for US$100 million cash. Keith currently serves on the board of Edge Copper (TSX: EDGE) and BP Silver Corp (TSX.V: BPAG).
